Trouble on the Tracks

That really is the title of a book Julia loved when she was 3-4ish. Caroline is mobile, in all her scooting glory. LOL No crawling, and I don't think she will crawl, as she moves to sit if we put her on her tummy. Mobile=mischief!!

In the morning:

Notice Pongo likes to be where we're at.

Miss Innocent (don't be fooled by the sweet picture!) taking a break from her exploring. She gets one nap a day now, going down at 1 or so, the same time as Lauren, so Mama gets free time! Very important, that naptime! Anyway, she couldn't make it to 1pm this time.

When Austin got home from school he built this barrier:

He'd had enough of baby sister messing up his track and removed her from the scene.

The barrier actually worked pretty well! She played with toys on the other side, but has broken through several times, too. Usually Austin notices and nicely brings her back to the other side before she can do too much damage. During the day, while he's at school, Lauren gets after Caroline: "Oh no! Brother won't be happy!", when Caroline crosses the line. I kind of just let it happen--Austin has blamed Lauren a few times, and she tells him, "I didn't break it! Tawrowine did!"
